Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges nor offer refunds on used items or orders placed in error.
In the event we ship the wrong item please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will provide return instructions.
Exchanges will only be accepted for incorrect items received if reported to the Customer Service Center within 10 days of when the order was processed. Returns cannot be made in exchange for another type of item. To report an incorrectly shipped item, please retain your original invoice as it will be needed when shipping the item back. Upon return inspection the item can NOT be used, damaged or tampered with. If the item is used, damaged, or tampered with the item will be destroyed, the exchange will be cancelled and no credit will be issued.
Items returned without a return authorization number will be destroyed upon receipt and no credit will be issued.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items during shipping (Please contact the carrier that was provided in the tracking). Please make sure you input the correct address at checkout and that someone is available to receive the package in a timely manner upon delivery.
