退款政策

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges nor offer refunds on used items or orders placed in error.

In the event we ship the wrong item, please contact us via email at info@klevij.net, and we will provide return instructions.

Exchanges will only be accepted for incorrect items received if reported to the Customer Service Center within 10 daysof when the order was processed. Returns cannot be made in exchange for another type of item. To report an incorrectly shipped item, please retain your original invoice as it will be needed when shipping the item back. Upon return inspection, the item must not be used, damaged, or tampered with. If the item is used, damaged, or tampered with, it will be destroyed, the exchange will be canceled, and no credit will be issued.

Return Shipping Responsibility
If a refund is approved, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, or the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items returned without a return authorization number will be destroyed upon receipt, and no credit will be issued.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during shipping. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information. Ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout and that someone is available to receive the package in a timely manner upon delivery.
